Richard began his carpentry career in Nottingham. After attending college and working with various joinery companies, Richard qualified with his City & Guilds in carpentry and joinery.
With his joinery workshop experience he was asked to go "on-site" to fit various products in a shop-fitting environment, a challenge he accepted with relish!
So after working around the UK and central Europe for a time, an opportunity arose in Jersey.
Richard has lived and worked in Jersey for nearly a decade, five of those years working in an award-winning local construction company.
Add to the fact of meeting his wife here and having a son Jersey is now home...
James started his career in Ireland where he pursued his interest in carpentry. Completing a four year college course, James qualified with his City & Guilds in carpentry and joinery.
Upon leaving his rural environment he then continued his occupation in the city of Dublin, which led to his arrival on Jersey shores in 2006.
After completing a contract renovating a large, well-known hotel on the island, James moved onto employment within a local, award-winning building company.
Having given ten years of loyal service, meeting his wife and settling here, he is now striving to realise the dream that the award-winning company could be his own...
